Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Some products may be made-to-order or require additional preparation time. In such cases, the estimated processing or dispatch timeline will be displayed on the relevant product page.
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 4–8 business days
- Remote Locations: Delivery timelines may vary
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Logistics delays
- Natural events
- High order volume periods
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

- Order tracking information
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened:
- Refuse to accept delivery if possible.

- Share your order number and photographs of the package.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Delayed Shipments

We will coordinate with our logistics partners and provide updates regarding your shipment status.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost during transit, Himritva may, at its sole discretion:
- Reship the product (subject to availability), or
- Process a complete refund
Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning the shipment.
If delivery cannot be completed because:
- Customer is unavailable
- Incorrect address is provided
- Phone number is unreachable
- Delivery instructions are incomplete
the shipment may be returned to origin.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment requests.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
Himritva shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delivery Disputes
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery status confirmation.
Please include:
- Order number
- Registered email address
- Delivery issue details
We will work with the shipping partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
Claims raised beyond this period may limit our ability to investigate with the logistics provider.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment completion.
