Refund and Returns Policy

This Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Himritva (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order on our website, customers agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
We are committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and customer-friendly shopping experience.
1. General Policy
At Himritva, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to deliver products in excellent condition and as described on our website.
Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are subject to product category, product condition, and eligibility criteria described below.
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable laws of India.
2. Eligible Return Conditions
Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund if:
- The product received is damaged during delivery
- The product received is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product received differs substantially from the product description
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted beyond this period may not qualify for return processing.
3. Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for return approval:
The product must:
- Be unused and unaltered
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging
- Include labels, tags, manuals, accessories, and invoices (if applicable)
Himritva reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving refunds or replacements.
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are generally not eligible for returns:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Customized or personalized products
- Products without original packaging or labels
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Perishable products and consumable items where applicable
- Hygiene-sensitive products after opening
5. Return Request Process
To initiate a return request:

- Order ID
- Registered email address
- Description of the issue
- Supporting images or videos (if applicable)

6. Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping
Where serviceable, Himritva may arrange reverse pickup of approved return requests.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location:
- Customers may be requested to ship the product to our designated address
- Return shipping reimbursement may be provided up to ₹125 or actual shipping cost incurred (whichever is lower) upon submission of valid proof
7. Product Inspection
All returned products undergo quality inspection after being received.
If the returned product satisfies eligibility conditions, refund or replacement processing will proceed.
If a returned item does not meet return conditions, customers will be informed accordingly.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed:
- To the original payment method
- Within 5–10 business days after successful inspection and approval
Refund timelines may vary depending on banking institutions and payment providers.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return occurs due to:
- Incorrect item shipped
- Damaged item
- Defective product
- Error from Himritva
9. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests generally cannot be accepted.
If cancellation is approved after payment processing, refunds will be initiated according to the refund timeline specified in this Policy.
10. Delivery Refusal and Returned Orders
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Repeated failed delivery attempts
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
Himritva reserves the right to deduct applicable logistics or return shipping charges before processing any eligible refund.
